ACAI BOWL

Basic ingredients:

  • Half a frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or nut milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp acai powder or one package of frozen acai 
  • Pinch of vanilla
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Optional ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp maca
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tsp cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Toppings:

Nuts, seeds, coconut, fruit, nut butter, cacao nibs, bee pollen, etc.

Directions:

Blend all basic and your chosen optional ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Adjust with a bit more or less milk until you've reached the desired consistency. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
